Please make details saved against a company record visible to Agents on the ticket screen.

This should ideally be configurable by the administrator to allow us to personalise what’s visible.


Similarly, tickets raised by the company, rather than just the user would helpt - the use case for that being that 3 people from the same company report the same issue - agents would be able to see that we’ve got duplicates, and collaborate
