Hello,

We work with our client but we support also the client from our partners


I would assemble some company under one of our partner


eg:

Partner

  Company A

  Company B

Partner 1

  Company C

 .....


is that possible ?

You can now associate a contact to 20 companies in Freshdesk. This would give the user an option to manage or create tickets on behalf of the company. For more details, read associating a contact to more than 20 companies.

I need it desperately. We have a lot a 'enterprise groups' with 30+ 'business unit'.

Having parent/child companies will be awesome. The workaround (segmenting) is not great, when you have thousands of companies
