In the Freshservice Portal, only the home page is customizable. We would like to have the option to be able to customize the view of the request forms, knowledge center, etc. according to company branding, and make it look more attractive for users.

Yes! Wwitching off the homepage to a subpage that doesn’t match in style simply doesn’t look right. So we’ve been stuck with the same look we launched 4 years ago.
