Concurrent Licenses

Freshservice needs to start offering concurrent licenses. As Freshworks continues to expand in the Higher Ed market they need to realize that student employment makes up a large portion of the workforce. These part-time student employees typically work 10-15 hours per week and universities are being forced to purchase full licenses for them or break internal security policies using shared credential accounts to work around the issue. Concurrent licenses would solve this.
