Conditional Ticket Fields

I'd like to be able to add ticket fields that only display if certain other options are checked (much like Wufoo does).


For example:


If the type of ticket is a 'Bug', I'd like to ask for details about their operating system, browser, etc.


If it's a 'Feature Request' I would like to ask what area of the software it applies to, how soon they'd like it implemented, etc.

We are also strongly interested in this feature.

This is the missing feature that is keeping us from using Freshdesk.


Using the advanced Javascript features available on our test environment, we were able to achieve this in the end. If you contact their customer support, they will be able to provide more information on how to do that.

You'd now be able to setup conditional fields (or) Dynamic fields based on the type field . This feature is available from the Estate plan onwards. Please read Dynamic forms for more information.
