We need to have a bit more flexibility for the ServiceBot on teams. Now, if we send an approval for a service request, it will automatically show the price for that specific service request. However, most of our items do not have a fixed price.
Also, if we have several license types, we cannot differ through the 'cost’ field in the service request what the actual cost is that is requested.
Most of the approvers see costs 0,00 now in Teams, only in email or ticket they find more information. Its quite confusing for some.
