Hi Community,
Currently you can only create a new child ticket from a parent ticket, but it is not possible to connect 2 existing tickets as parent-child.
I think it is a gap, i the same way we can merge or link existing tickets tickets, we should be able to assign an existing ticket as a child to another that would become a parent ticket.
