Consistant text editor throughout the system

At the moment, there is no consistancy in functions for text editors throughout the system.

In one place a text editor allows the function of using blockquotes where others don't.

Some places allow the use of the HTML editor for sending mails (like sending mails from the workflow editor), in other places (like sending a mail from the Supervisor Rules) the HTML editor is not available.

Can you please make all the editors consistent in functionality throughout the system?

Especially add the abilty for us to manage fonts - both fonts and font sizes.  We routinely have to copy our canned responses out to Word or Google, format then copy them back.  AND THEN deal with any added extra whitespace which may or may not be visible in the Canned Response view until it’s applied on a ticket.  How about some WYSIWYG to the text editors?

A consistent text editor in the whole system makes writing and editing easy for everyone. When all parts look and work the same, users do not get confused. It also helps them work faster and make fewer mistakes. A Glitchy text generator can sometimes make broken or strange text, which is why a stable editor is important. Overall, a same and simple text editor makes the system better and easier to use.
