Please consolidate the fragmented reporting in FreshService. There is no reason to have a Dashboard, Analytics and Project Analytics. This should all just be available under a single Dashboard or Analytics function.
This would also bring all the data elements into a single Dashboard. I should be able to build a single dashboard that shows ticket data, project data, task data, etc.
