My end user are getting stuck when using the chat bot to log helpdesk requests.
When using the bot (Freddy) end users have 2 ways to log tickets
1 Service Catalog
2 Question / Issue
Lets say I have setup a form in option 1 (Service Catalog) for users to select which ring groups they need to be in.
The users don't know what option this has been set up under and keep selecting question / issue so are not finding any forms that we have set up.
Is it not possible to have a search bar that looks at both options in the same search this would make much more sense and would be user friendly for end users.
