Currently Resolutions are going unused by people at times because it takes having to click over to another tab and field to do it.
Some previous products I’ve used had the option to set any note or reply as a resolution.
I believe it would be incredibly helpful if there was a button that did just that. “Mark note as resolution” or something similar.
