We are providing a knowledge base by using FreshDesk support portal and I would have two questions regarding code examples:
- Is it possible to introduce a “Copy to clipboard” functionality for code examples in published view? And if possible, as an option that can be turned on/off?
- In published view, with very long strings, the user needs to use a bar to move to the right and see the end of the row. Is it possible to align the text in code examples to fit the width of the box, just like in the editor view of the articles?
On https://developers.freshdesk.com/api/#tickets, I could see good examples for the Copy button and also fitting the code to the box:
