Create a Granular Permission for Cancelling Approval on a Service Request

Please add a granular permission to roles so that we can grant users the ability to cancel Approvals on Service Requests.

Currently only a Super Admin can perform this action.

I have tested this, and confirmed with support that only a Super Admin can cancel an approval on a Service Request.

We should not have to grant supervisors/managers super admin to FreshService to allow them to do their job.

    This is desperately needed. Currently, I have workflows that automatically sends approvals for service requests and then assigns it to a specific team based on the requested item details, but if it goes to the wrong team because someone selected an incorrect option in the requested item form, only an admin can make the adjustment because approvals need to be canceled in order to edit the requested item.

    Hi, thanks for your feedback. Appreciate it. We have started ideating around how we could make our permissions more granular. And this is one of the use cases we have taken into consideration. Since it is too early in the cycle, I am not in a position to share a timeline. But once we have more clarity, I will update this thread with an ETA.
