Create a View-Only admin permission for Workflow Automator

The current admin perms only allow you to grant someone Manage level access to the Workflow Automator, Business Rules, Priority Matrix, and Custom Objects. I want to limit the amount of users who can edit workflows and would like a permission for View Workflow Automations added. That way, an agent could look at a workflow to confirm it’s configured correctly and report any issues found to someone with “manage” permissions to fix them.
