 I have the free plan of it, but i want to create an agent for just create and follow the tickets, but not for edit, solve or something like that

this is possible??

As far as I am aware, this is not possible with the free plan. The usage of roles is quite limited. In Estate and Forest there are far more possibilities. In Sprout, creating a ticket (without editing) would be possible, as it can automatically be assigned a different group. But if you can follow a ticket you can also edit it.
