+5We have a lot of issues with users placing orders on bundles without selecting any “additional item” in the bundles. It would be great to have the option to make this mandatory.
If there’s another workaround for this i’d be interested to hear! :)

+5This is possible in some shape or form now using Business Rules. You can configure a Business Rule for a Service Item that mandates the completion of a Service Item included in the Additional Items section. It’s not as straightforward as specifying it inside of the Service Item configuration, but it’s at least possible in some roundabout way.

This works if you need them to pick a specific one but not if you need them to select one or more of a selection of items.
