  • Option “Create Child Service Requests for each of the items above“ is active.
  • One of the child Items is required to have attachments (which is also activated in the corresponding Service Request item)

But unfortunately when requesting the parent item and selecting the child items, you only can attach files to the parent item!

Please make it possible to attach files in the child items. In the “Bundle” where the additional service items are, when you click on them and the associated form for that item presents itself you should see “Add Attachments” as a part of that form.

Thank you for raising this one, in some of our cases we don’t even need the attachment for the Primary ticket only the child tickets.

At least the option to share the attachment to the primary ticket with the child tickets would be handy

@msconfig

Thank you for reaching out!

In the child item, have you enabled “Allow attachements” option?

If so it will appear when you are adding the item.

Thanks :)

Finally! Attachments for Bundled items are enabled!

I also appreciate that bundled item is opened by clicking on the "select square" and not just by “>” icon. (Have to update signature)

ya, and the attachment are on the service item.

I haven’t checked if the placeholder for attachments will include attachments on the service item.

They changed so you no longer get get attachments on service requests using the API.
It will effect customer with integrations relaying on that endpoint. Workaround is to use the Service item endpoint and get the public url for the attachment.
