I would like be able to grant some of our agents the ability to create solutions, but not give them the permission to publish them. I want only IT Supervisors to be able to publish them.

Create new permission to create a Solution without publishing permission

As a workaround, and I know this isn’t great, is give subject matter experts the instruction to issue an article in email format to kbase@orgname.freshservice.com which automatically plops a Draft in the Default Category → Drafts folder for review
