Creating groups für automations/rules

It would be very helpful to have a better overview of the automations if we were able to create groups in the different categories like “ticket creation”, “time triggers” and “ticket update”-

 

We have over 200 rules in one category so it would be a great help.

Thanks for the feedback! Are you looking to categorize automations based on- 

  1. The different teams that use them. For instance Team A might have automations for assignment, sending emails etc. Team B might have similar automations with different conditions for the same purpose. 
  2. The purpose of automations. eg) A category of automations that assign tickets, another category that sends follow ups to customers, etc.

I would love to see categorization based on the item they act on! For example service requests they are acting on. also maybe tagging  or filtering based on usage of API/Apps/Reader/Expression node/etc.
