While the Workflow Automator is a great tool, currently the workflows are split into several categories - Tickets, Assets, Tasks etc.
If I need to automate a workflow, that should be triggered by a ticket action, but result in some changes to the associated asset, I will have to use web requests and API calls.
Would be great, if the Workflow Automator allowed cross-functional automations through standard Actions or Сonditions, applied to for example asset, associated with the ticket, instead of custom actions with Web Requests.
