CSAT Survey Option - only accept one CSAT response per ticket

Currently, FreshDesk’s CSAT surveys will allow for multiple responses to the survey from the requester.  What we’d like to see is an option to only allow one response, as we feel this will give us truer analytics on how well we’re serving our customer base and will prevent multiple negative/positive reviews for the same ticket.
