At our company, we make a monthly tracking about analysts performance and the conversion rate per analyst about getting CSAT responses.
Feature works fine, but some team members does not receive any feedback, so we expect that when we choose analyst, we should see the total of issues that we’ve asked CSAT survey for costumers.
But it does not happen… Data is empty on page:
Is it possible to adjust to show 0 reviews | 80 surveys sent (example)?
