So we can integrate the look of Freshdesk in with our website design and make it easier for our users.

The following closed discussion thread indicates that CSS control has been about to be available for quite a while:

When can we really expect this to be available and with what capability?

We are particularly concerned about the lack of an integrated experience presented to our customers.  Some of the first things we would like to see include:

  • Modifying the labels on the nav bar for consumers
  • Adding a tab to enable returning to our site
  • Making the experience look and feel more like our site

It appears as though this functionality is still not in the product?  I'm currently evaluating your product and another and will make a decision soon. This isn't a deal breaker for me, but I'd love the ability to write some of my own CSS.

Is there an update from Vijay & company in regards to the previous discussion?

Thanks in Advance.

Hi Jay and Jonathan,

I know it took us a fair share of time, but we've now launched FreshThemes in Freshdesk, which gives you complete control over CSS and layout of the customer portal.  You can learn more about the customization options in each plan, and how you can start completely theming your portal from the FreshThemes Guide here.

Please do check this out, and tell us what you think.
