I have found many topic on this, but not really an answer to how.

I see some are suggesting loading custom fonts in template for email notifications.

I have also asked Freshworks to include the font, but that was a no go..

Another question is then, why is it so hard for Freshworks to include more fonts, or add an option for users to add custom fonts?

Today Company Profiles are the main thing to really nail for marketing and hitting the right customers.

Hi @alyssia.correa and @Kamakshi V

This seems to be another FreshService inquiry in FreshDesk forum.

Hi @chrir

This is a wonderful Idea.

I guess this should be already included as a Feature Request. You might check it here:

Freshworks Ideas | Freshworks Community

Or you could submit as a new one. Ensure to share the link to the Idea in order we could vote for it.

If you submit an Idea and there is already one regarding the same, our friends @alyssia.correa and @Kamakshi V would also be glad to merge them, in order to increase the votes and speed up the consideration, and hopefully, the delivery of this.

The most reliable workaround is hosting your custom font files on your company server or a CDN and then injecting the font via a @font-face CSS rule directly into Freshservice's custom HTML email templates, giving you full brand font consistency across all notifications. As for why Freshworks limits font options, it comes down to rendering consistency across different email clients since custom fonts are notoriously unreliable in emails with Gmail and Outlook both frequently falling back to system fonts anyway.

Freshworks really should take a page from platforms like Intercom or Zendesk here and offer a simple custom font upload option in branding settings, as companies are increasingly treating every customer touchpoint including support emails as a brand experience opportunity and limited font options in 2025 is genuinely starting to feel like a competitive disadvantage for their platform.
