We are using the Freshservice product catalog for our PO process for IT hardware, it would be nice to have the possibility to add custom field to this, for example:
- Add custom fields for HS code, country of origin, and weight. These fields will allow you to capture specific information for each product.
- You can create these fields as text fields or dropdown lists, depending on your requirements.
We ship hardware between offices sometimes and it would be nice to have these types of data available within Freshservice
