I’d like to suggest the ability to upload a custom font to Freshworks products. It would be really on brand to reply to customers with our charity’s bespoke font and improve the professional feel of our response & articles we provide to customers.
I have been asked to raise this as this could be a potential feature request for other customers of Freshdesk.
