As we expand the number of journeys within Freshservice, it’s important for organisations to have greater flexibility in managing journey types and granting the ability to create custom types aligned with business requirements. Currently, we’re forced to categorise most journeys under ‘Others’ because the default fields do not meet business needs.

 

Enabling custom journey types will allow organisations to group similar journeys, making filtering and analytics more efficient
