Custom object placeholders

I do not currently see a way to use information from the primary field, or additional fields in custom objects as placeholders in canned responses, automations, etc…

This feature would be extremely useful, and I was surprised that it was not available.

I support this request. The absence of custom object placeholders causes a lot of manual copy&paste work.

Please add these placeholders.

      I also support this request.

      The CUSTOM OBJECT feature could be extremely useful BUT the fields of the CUSTOM OBJECTS are not usable in various critical areas of the tool such as : 

      • Placeholders in emails, canned responses and webhooks
      • Automation rules (excep creation type)
      • Skill management section

      These limitations are very painful and make the feature unusable for us.
