You should be able to re-order the Object Fields when you enter them in. If you want them to appear in a different order, you currently have to delete the fields and then re-add them. Instead of just being able to move them up or down.

Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding the ability to reorder Object Fields.
We understand that having the option to move Object Fields up or down, instead of having to delete and re-add them to change their order, would provide a more convenient experience. We’d like to inform you that this requirement is an existing Product Enhancement Request. At present, there isn’t an option in the UI to manually reorder or sort the Object Fields.
We’ll continue to monitor the progress of this enhancement and keep you updated should there be any further developments.
