Custom Reports

Yes, we are working on this feature. By early next week,we will bring in option to generate custom reports in XLS format, that you may use with Excel or Google Docs for easy reports/charts etc. Also, we are working on graphical reporting feature that will be available soon.

We have introduced easier export of reports in Freshdesk. You may already notice that we support Custom Views.You can create any Custom View and export them as reports. Ofcourse we will be bringing more graphical reports into Freshdesk soon.

Vijay stated in his last comment that "You may already notice that we support Customer Views.  ...and export them as reports"  I'm not sure what is meant by "Custom Views".  Can someone point me to where Custom Views can be created in Freshdesk?  Or, if there's documentation, you can just point me towards that.
