The Customer record should include:

Date Created

Last Login

The use cases are simple (and very common):

  • Recognize customer loyalty (date created)
  • Recognize inactive customers to try and win them back or purge them

We have just been discussing something similar, but would like a full viewable login history log.

We also would like such a feature. For security reasons we would like to block users who have not logged in for a certain period of time. Obviously, we would also need to be able to use this information in a condition so that we can act on it or report it somehow. Thanks!

+1 on last login.  Important to us to purge old customers so that they no longer have access to our Solutions.

Also, if we have a customer on the phone and they say "yes, sure, I read the Solution XYZ" but haven't logged in...

If it isn't asking too much (i.e. delaying this feature), IP of the last login would be great.  Then please provide a column to sort the "Active" customers by date of last login.

+1 to last login / last activity for a contact. As I noted in another topic / request, we'd like a way to purge inactive customers. Having some last login or activity information for each customer and company would allow us to at least manually implement a purge process.
