Our team take a number of calls that they’re able to resolve on the phone, but require a follow up email to confirm details or send additional information. It would be great to have the option of placing a CSAT link on a ‘new email’ so that our team can gain input from that interaction, which would otherwise be lost as we would need an existing ticket to place this on.
