I would like to see some improvements in the Customers page UI, such as:

  • When a letter is selected in the alphabet picker, you can switch between the Contacts and Company tab and still stay on that letter of the alphabet.
  • Counts of how many Companies and how may Contacts are contained in the support portal
  • Ability to set the default tab to "Companies"

Hello,


In the new Freshdesk Mint, the contacts page has been re-imagined to provide maximum context to the agents. By default, the latest view would be retained in the session even if you move in and out of the Contacts tab. It also offers you a Search option to quickly locate contacts instead of traversing through different pages.
