Customers tab: how to show "all" instead of "verified" by default?

I am sorry, but unfortunately there isn't a way to show "All" customers by default. But, I am moving your post to the Feature Request section to see if this can be addressed in future.

Hello,

The default contact page view would be the "All Contacts" page when you click on the Contacts tab. Also, on the same session, if you navigate to multiple locations within the helpdesk and come back to the Contacts tab, the previously accessed view gets loaded :)
