The Customize Sidebar should be at the bottom of the sidebar and not underneath Admin and unable to be moved itself. Having Admin at the very bottom has always been very useful and now it is not at the bottom and the Customize Sidebar is now at the bottom and unable to be moved itself.
This should be sitting at the very bottom, just above the Freshworks Switcher. Otherwise, it renders the idea of the button useless or silly because you cannot move the button itself and it gets in the way.
