Customization for All !

I believe that there should be advanced Portal Customization options for all , I understand that you may not allow this for free users (fair enough ) but once you start paying believe you should have the option there to customize all features of your portal  by using a Fresh theme or making your own ! or give us a few theme options to choose from if we cant use a Fresh Theme
