We would like to be able to adjust the mail text in the mails that our customers recieve, in the same way that it is possible in Freshdesk:
Right now, the mail text in the e-mails that our customers recieve is a combination of english and danish.
We would also like to be able to insert our own logo in the mails, so it is clear to the customers that the e-mail is comming from our company.
