Currently, you can customize most of your portal's pages but you cannot customize the user activation page.
It keeps FreshDesk's branding style and is even not very pretty if your logo is dark:

Apply the colors defined in the "Color & font" tab of the "Portal Customization"Apply the CSS code defined in the "Stylesheet" tab of the "Portal Customization"Be able to change the entire layout in the "Layout & pages" tab of the "Portal Customization"
