I'd love to have a way to customize the colors attached to the different priorities. As a color-blind user, I have a hard time distinguishing the default colors for each priority.
If there was a way to customize the colors that would be great. Possibly part of the "Rebrand you Helpdesk" screen.
Actually there is also a fundamental issue with the colour code which is driving me mad.
Blue should be low, and medium should be green. As an UX guy myself, this is the sort of lack of attention to detail that makes my skin crawl...
