Allow admins to customize the ticket details sidebar widgets. Some sections are not relevant to some teams, and some custom or 3rd party widgets are forced to the bottom of the sidebar in a collapsed state, even if they are important to a team.
I would like to see the following customization options:
- Allow admin to show/hide individual widgets
- Allow admins to reorder the widgets
- Allow admins to choose which widgets display expanded or collapsed by default (including installed or custom widget apps)
