hi there

We have also asked couple of times to upgrade the DASH board. we have asked for following

1) How to re configure DASHBOARD? We don’t want ON HOLD and OVERDUE ticket

2) Can we change the colour of the DASHBOARD

3) Admin can write something on  the DASHBOARD so that all the agents can see like this

would also like to see a more customizable dashboard.  If not, maybe even just a way to disable it and hide this tab.  My agents go straight to the tickets tab anyway

A customizable dashboard is really essential. Please implement!

if a customizable dashboard were implemented, i would like to have the ability to see ticket counts based on my custom fields.


For example, we have a custom field "repair status" for tickets that are associated with repair cases (repair requested, repair in progress, repair complete. etc..."


It would be great if the dashboard allowed me to create custom counters to be able to track the number of cases that meet certain criteria.  Basically, this would be a mini ticket search that results in a count
