Hello Freshworks Community - As you know we’ve been sharing updates on the Product Ideas section over the last two weeks - how could we leave out our top-most voted idea!!

Having a dark mode for agents would be extremely nice. Having to stare at a stark white screen all day kills my eyes, and I'm sure bothers other people. With other services adopting dark mode as an option, Freshservice should as well.

With the implementation of this, I would like to flag that the team used the UI color of #000 which is pitch black and hard on the eyes. I would strongly recommend that your team uses any recommended UI colors for example #121212 as the color instead.

Thanks for implementing. It’s a bit very very dark. But better than nothing.
But it only works if tickets are requested by ticket portal.
If mails are sent then the text is unreadable because of course already contains a html formatting:

Hello @msconfig87 - Thank you for sharing your feedback! That seems to be a common feedback from our users and I believe it is currently been worked up. Tagging our product manager @Priyanka Doshi to address any further issues.

 

May I request everyone to please update all the feedback on this thread below? Only so that we can keep a track and for other members with similar issues, they can share their experiences as well!

Is there any update if this will be available for Freshdesk / chat and caller? Great to see it’s finally moving along but would really like to adopt this as a Desk user!
