I know there are already several requests open that want a dark mode.
But seeing that this is by far the most voted feature request ever from 4 years ago and nothing happened yet, makes me wonder if the community requests actually get the attention they are supposed to get.
Is it really that hard to change some colorcodes for a website? Almost every website offers light and dark modes nowadays.

I got the notification in my Freshdesk environment that this was a new option, but the selection option is not in my profile menu.
