I think it would be a great feature to add a “My Group Task” scorecard to the dashboard. Currently we are only able to see “My Task” scorecard. This could help teams by seeing unassigned tasks in their group. I know emails can be sent out to notify the team when a task is assigned to their group, however, those can get lost when they receive multiple emails throughout the day.

Our managers currently need to have a second entire tab open, and remember to switch to it periodically, in order to view this sort of task information. That runs counter to the entire point of a dashboard, which is to see all the status indicators you need to manage a team at a glance.

+3Tasks are still useless until proper dash support. Currently the “DueBy” requirement kills the utility of custom task lists by turning what could be one widget into at least three in order to capture all the ticket list could. Please fix.

This says it was added to the Product Roadmap a year ago. I was told by Freshservice it is not on the roadmap. Which one is it? and… if it is on the Roadmap, when is planned on the Roadmap?
Totally agree a 'My Group Task' scorecard would really boost visibility and collaboration. Relying on email notifications just isn’t efficient, especially with high volumes. Having it right on the dashboard would help teams stay aligned and reduce missed tasks. Hope this gets considered for a future update.
Do we know when this is due to be added? This would be really useful as a workload snapshot for teams. As presently it only gives them part of their workload without this option.

From what I gather (and I agree) the Dashboard does not have a Task counter. It only has Service Requests (which often have Tasks associated to them but not always and sometimes the Task may be in your queue but not the Service Request) so this is not an accurate representation of what Tasks are in your teams queue. Therefore, having a separate tile or scorecard on the Dashboard to count the Tasks that are in your teams queue, would be very useful to see and report on and workout priorities.
It is not a clear indication of workload at the moment, as this is not in the Dashboard to see and utilise. Therefore, teams are not able to have a full view of everything that needs to be worked on from the Dashboard itself.
