We need a way to have a URL we can load into wall displays for real time performance metrics for our helpdesk. Analytics is great and the presentation mode is nice but you must manually log in to FreshService, navigate to the correct report, and select presentation mode.
Many of our other tools, like PRTG, will give you a unique URL you can log in to that will take you automatically to the report and it will auto-load into presentation mode.
This way we can have real-time metrics display on an information and metrics screen in our helpdesk operations center.
