+6In the example picture provided, what does the percentage (+ 2%) compare the 4h 0m response time to? Does the calculation change based on the time frame (week vs month vs all-time)?

The increase or decrease in there is calculated, taking in comparison the current date range applied versus the previous date range.
Simply put, if the date range applied is 'This month', the increase/decrease in the respective metrics is compared to that of the previous month.
