Hi we are looking to apply a scrolling dashboard of Freshdesk Statistics.
The intention is to have the same “Dashboard” on different tabs, each showing different Groups, as per attached
We have software that will auto refresh the tabs every 5 mins as an example, however the problem we have, is that unless each tab is on a different log in, the auto refresh takes each group to the last selected.
For example, after a refresh, the above 3 tabs would all be as the last saved group (image 3 of attached)
How do we allow this dashboard to be refreshed in multiple instances, using the same log in?
