When it comes to the export options for Data export the .csv file seems to be fine but if you happen to not look at it for that day then you do not download it. If you go to a past file, it is not downloadable or viewable.
These exports go to a team of people that are not agents in the helpdesk and are in the need to know of these exports. I know that I can go into the export and download previous exports but they cannot, and I would like to avoid having to go download them when requested. If these were exported as pdf’s then they would potentially save themselves in the email.
