In the same way that there is a Date Format option in Admin > Helpdesk I would like to also have a Time Format option so that I can select between a 12-hour ( AM/PM ) and a 24-hour representation of time.
The 24-hour time representation should have a 2-digit format for both hours and minutes ( as in 07:03 ).

Time format option seems to be a useful enhancement to build. While we do not have immediate plans for building this, we will pick this item as and when we see a growing interest in this request.

I would be really happy if a 24 hour clock is added as well. AM and PM are strange concepts indeed.
This would be super useful. We use the google calendar add in and it is a huge pain selecting an AM/PM time for an event when your not used to it.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/12-hour_clock#Confusion_at_noon_and_midnight should be reason enough to add an option for displaying time in 24-hour format.
Well this is definitively really important for our business located in France with a time 24 hour format.
