We would love to see Deal Data within Segments, we think this is a very vital information to be able to segment contacts based on previous Deals. Working in the travel sector we use custom fields in Deals in order to safe the customers booking details like Check-In, Check-Out, Services etc. It would be be very good for us to segment contacts using these custom deal informations.

That’s a very valid suggestion. I’ve reached out to our internal product teams to understand if such a feature can be taken up, or is already being worked upon. Please could you give an update about when this feature will be released? Specifically, we would like to be able to create a segment that includes all contacts that have a currently active deal (i.e. not won or lost) and those that don’t have a currently active deal.
